Jacob has over 23 year experience in the South African commercial real estate market. JM CRES provides real estate services and advice to South African corporate and government institutions. Our vision is to contribute to the enhancement of the our client’s shareholder value, through implementing real estate services, strategies and advise that are aligned to our client’s corporate vision
